Our beans are sourced from the legendary Cerrado highlands — grown at over 3,300 feet above sea level, where the altitude slows the growth and deepens the flavor. Every bag is small-batch roasted to order, so what arrives at your door — whether you're in Boston, Providence, Hartford, Portland, Burlington, or Manchester — is as fresh as the morning after a long night's ride.

We remove the chaff from every bean, eliminating the bitter aftertaste that plagues most commercial coffees.
